Funny that i was offered an 80 rx7 for free but it has salvaged title and 500 in back dmv fees....then a 79 also. Both have no engine. I had to walk away as im out of space and i need to bring home a r100, currently stored in vegas

A little bondo and primer and it's good as new. I can't believe someone would even try to sell this for anything other then scrape. The starting price of $300 is a joke and on top of that an automatic.

If it were in Atlanta, I'd consider it. Might be worth $300 for the 12A.

lol, I've already got an '85 GSL in the garage waiting for my attention. Probably worth it for the motor though, especially if it really has just been rebuilt.

Heck, he can get that kind of money taking it to a pull-a-part and skip the ebay fees and hassle.

I'd sell the engine separately and take the car to the scrapper.

That one looks like it got aquainted with a tree. Sure, a good buffing will fix that up no problem lol.
I have an FCturbo but I've been wanting an fb for quite a while.

Truthfully, I'd prefer the mangled GSL over an FC.

At least the engine, drive and suspension would be useful.

Yeah but I got mine for free and in near perfect condition. So I can't be too picky. Any reason why you don't like fc's? I love them all....as long as they have a Wankel in them. I really would like one day to own a rotary pickup truck.

Hey Clark, I love FCs too and anything with a rotary in it, especially REPU's.

I'm just yanking your crank about your FC, which I'm sure is a fine car. I do the same with all my FC friends.

After awhile they stop taking me seriously.

Having said that, I do think the lines on that GSL, even with a few bumps and crinkles, still outshine an FC, at least from the front

FBs are quick, light, and not over-cluttered with a bunch of unneeded accessories. FCs are quite a bit heavier.

And SAs are even lighter and more rigid than FBs.
