cool auto X pics!! i had a good season last year as well! your numbers seem really good when compared to teh cars you were up against. the leader last year that was beating all of us was a frickin Mini Cooper.. it was supercharged of course..the guy was a hell of a driver though.

Going to ***** it out a little more Once again, thanks to Andrew and his girlfriend for the pics.

On the way to a local show.....

Making goofy faces at them taking the pic, of course he hosts that one! To bad the car looks so good in this one!

Sitting pretty at Harold Parker State Forest in Middleton Ma.....

Engine bay..

Interior shot..... (Any one recognize the toy on the mirror? Brownie points if so!)

Thats all for now, I promise!

Not much has been done with the car over the past couple years of ownership so I decided it was time. Picked up a set of original Enkei wheels in a 13x6 with the correct 4x110 bolt pattern from a member of the Japanese Nostalgic Car boards. Had then shipped from Cali for a pretty good price. They need a little clean up and one had been poorly painted so I made the decision to restore all four of them.

Close up of corrosion...

Protecting the lips from the media...

Duct tape lips.... the next Dorifto trend?!

Blasting away years of grime and corrosion..

All cleaned ready for a hand polish on the lips and paint.

Thinking of doing them in a bright silver for a contrast against the black car instead of black? Besides, I have a set of black ones in 15 inch on my flatside Starion....

I don't know how I missed this one the first time you posted it but wow, pretty car. Especially nice for rusty Massachusetts. I like the stock look X wheels better, especially with the RWL. You should keep both sets, change it up once in awhile.

Nice car!

Nice car!

Thanks! Thats the plan. I have grown to love the look of the wide tires on the stock wheels. But the tread is worn past a point that I can get an inspection sticker and I figured it was a good time to clean up these old wheels and change it up. The OEM wheels have incorrect black paint on them anyway and I want to re-do them with the proper grey. BFG no longer makes the Radial T/A in a 13 so I cant replace the white letters with new ones or I would for sure! I certainly dont plan on getting rid of them and will def keep them around to swap once in a while.
