I heard they were one year only. That old car of mine had a brown interior, but it was so clean it actually grew on me. I wish I had higher resolution pics.

Supposedly persimmon means "japanese fruit" ??????

The car in that thread is mine BUT the color is a Land Rover color.

That was before I knew much about color options on the 7. I wish I went with this red though.

that ebay listing really is a nice car ,

thank god it doesn't have the red interior . two tone grey is OK , but black would be awesome in that car.

Yea black interiors are the best looking IMO, too bad 84/85 never had a black interior, why they didn't offer one I'll never figure out.... Gray is nice too though.

the interior on that ebay car looks more like a gray than a black
but that car is in beautiful shape.
however that oval hunk of metal on the front bumper needs to go it just doest belong on a 7

Agreed that logo thing on the front plate mount is hideous... And the interior is Grey, they didn't have black offered for those years, I was just saying it would be awesome in black.

i know and i'm in a fight with the tin worm every winter over here in OH. my 85 S is a rust bucket. but since its being restored, i'm taking care of all of the rust issues. i'm done with the bins and the all four wheel wells. i'm moving on to the floor and i'm almost half way done there. thats why southern and western cars are the way to go.
