Based on the steering wheel and the size of the camper in the background, I'm pretty sure it isn't.

I looked at the license plates on the vehicles in the background (green rectangle), and you might be right as well.

It's a tube chasis fiberglass body car. Not built from a stock car, this question comes up about every 6 months
