Based on the steering wheel and the size of the camper in the background, I'm pretty sure it isn't.

It's a tube chasis fiberglass body car. Not built from a stock car, this question comes up about every 6 months

Either way it's pretty cool/unique; looks like an RX-7 DTM car.
