Any chance we can get vectors posted somewhere of each of them? I'd love to get a shirt made up. See them now and then on Ebay but never in my huge size.
Mom and baby are doing well, thank God.

I dont have this stickers vectorized, I have the GSL-SE vectorized.

I cant produce this golden stickers because I was unable to find a way to make them stick from inside the glass

I have had 4 1st gen RX7's. 2 84's and 2 85's. Only 2 had the decal. My current 85 GS has the decal. I tinted the windows, and I took care to cut around so if I ever removed the tint it wouldn't ruin the decal.

Furthermore, it looks like 1982 had two versions?

What are dimensions? 3" circular?

Thank you very much in advance.

Not quite, the 83's had the "80,81,1982" decal, the 84's had the "80,81,1982,1983" decal, and the 85's had the "80,81,82,83,1984" decal. If I'm not mistaken, the last couple months of production may have also gotten the later decal--like June/July 84 models may have gotten the 85 sticker. One of us (maybe me if I get around to it) needs to find out what time of year the races were held.

EDIT: I do not know whether or not there was another sticker for the later 85 models and the second gens.

No problem. I DEFINATELY understand that real life gets in the
the way of our little projects.

Glad everybody is fine, and that you are back on the forum.

If they were made as a stick on decal and not a vinyl die cut sticker they could be placed on the outside of the window and would not fade like the die cut stickers would.

At this point I want to have these and would buy as many as 6 assuming that the cost was $4 or less each. I don't care if they go on the outside of the window.........I just want them made.

Now who can get this done?

I wouldn't mind a couple for the outside as well. I would want the one for the 85 model year though.

I just bought one of the ebay reproduction units, for $13 you can't go wrong. Maybe.

Looks like a good reproduction, sticks on the inside so its protected from the sun and I need one for my white 85 GSL project.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Mazda...#ht_500wt_1182

I'll report back about whether its any good or not.

I would buy the gold replica sticker if made for 83 like a normal sticker/decal. I almost bought the one on ebay, but I have 10% tint all around so it has to go on the outside.

That makes sense. The racing season would end in October so the 84 model year would have the 80, 81, 82 and 1983 decal. The 84 would already be in production before the championship points were decided so it would highlight the 83 IMSA championship.

Just got the eBay version in the mail and put it on the car. The quality is very good and does go on the inside of the window as the original ones did.

I'm very happy with mine

Here are some pics of the ebay sticker:

It is a really good quality sticker but is a little larger.
