What suspension setup is this?

Hey guys. Hoping you can help me identify this setup. I'm pretty sure the two springs on the right are Respeed rear coilover kits but I dont know what Respeed product the two coils on the left are, anybody know? Thanks

Its all Respeed. (Except for the steering wheel)

ReSpeed front coilovers (They are either the race or street set, cant tell from the pic) and camber plates and rear adjustable spring perches. If you add their front sway bar and some illumina adjustable shocks you will have a first class setup that will make your car handle like all get out and have adjustable ride height as well.

If there is a step on the bottom of the threaded sleave it is the street set , if there is no step it is the race.

Thought so. Thanks man. What would you recommend for spring rates for a car that will primarily see spirited street driving?

275lb front, 150 rear. Maybe a touch softer, I've considered it but then again I've been trucking for 5 years so my back hurts if the wind picks up. Get some Illumina's all around. You'll be happy with that for a while, then you can toss money at the RE-Speed front sway bar. If you replace the rear bar, get the Suspension Techniques bar from Mazdatrix. The RB bar is nearly impossible to adjust unless you remove it from the car. If that's your car in the sig pic it looks super clean. Post up more shots if you have them.

Thanks for the advice! It is my car, thanks.

Also, is it worth it to go through the trouble of welding on the new lower perch to the strut housing or would you just go with a street front coil kit?

Is there any difference as to ride height adjustment from street to sport?

The race version (which you have) involves the hassle of having a new perch welded on, but allows for greater adjustment range. I paid 20 bucks to have someone weld them for me.

Does it state what the spring rates are? Overall, it looks like you've got a first class setup there.

Spring rates: I run 275/150 and love it for everything from cross country trips to weekend autocrosses. Check out my videos linked below to see how this setup handles.

Thanks for the advice. The picture of the setup I posted isn't mine, but it is what I want.

I have checked out your videos, good stuff!

Thanks man! The original owner of Respeed (Billy Waits) advised me and basically held my hand while I built my car up. The level of customer service was (and still is) outstanding.

I started out with a goal of having a car I could drive to work everyday, and destroy Miatas with at weekend autocrosses. Wish Granted!

Feel free to hit me up if you have any questions...

This car uses the suspension I posted in the original post. He's got a build thread on stanceworks.

I'm sure you can get as low as the picture you posted and have a much nicer ride with the Respeed kits.

With the race version, you can go as long as you want. I run very low for a street driven car, but I could go a lot lower if I wanted to. Probably to the point that the frame was on the ground.

Also, I can go a lot higher too. I've been considering trying out some rallycross events, which will require a much higher ride height, so it's nice to have that kind of flexibility.
