Something seems to have gotten buggered up in my previous post so I'll redo it:

Kymber, no need to be deprived of a very functional and versatile cup holder that holds two cups and has another compartment for change.

My wife bought me this one at Walmart, has been working great for several years, holds my coffee every morning and nothing has ever spilled:

It simply slips in between the console and passenger seats, all for about $4.00:

Let me add that this cup holder doesn't affect passenger comfort, it sits well off to the side and doesn't interfere with the passenger seat belt. There is also a second cup holder spot for the passenger's beer, or diet coke.

It is stabilized by a large fin that slides down between the passenger seat and console, easily installed and removed, but still solid enough to hold drinks without spilling.

I just love cup holder and efan debates!

That is EXACTLY what I have in my car.

Works like a charm.

and as for not affecting passenger comfort, thats not quite true. Everyone that ever get into my car throws it into the back right away :P

Well OK if you have fat passenger's they might have to toss it in the back, but I haven't had that problem.

And as far as hot and cold liquids go, they are a normal part of driving but I'd rather not cradle them between my legs, bad things could happen.

But you know, I kind of like what Jeezus said:

"True sports cars have no cup holders"
