Thanks!!! She is holding her own and doing the RX-7's good!! Won first place this past weekend at the Houston BMW club event.

The BMW club puts rotaries in the same class as 6 cylinder engine sportscars. I raced against a Porsche 996 Carerra Arena, A Supra and a 370Z Nissan... the closest car was the 996 Carerra, but still beat that Porsche by 3 seconds on a 39 second course!

Out of 70 cars the ole RX-7 only had 3 cars faster!!

 

Outstanding! I sure wish we weren't on the other side of the damned country from each other.

 

I know!!! Jeez... I wish we could race together... we would have fun!! I still am figuring out a way to come up there and we can party in Michigan!!

 

dude, now that's some awesome racing!! 3 seconds faster than a 996! thats some serious bragging rights!

ya. im still selling boat, just havent had time to prep it for sale since ive been working this crazy schedule trying to switch things around. need to do an oil change, belt change, and clean it up nice so the person who buys it wont have to worry about it. ill be at the next meet more than likely cuz ill actually have a cpl days off, would love to see that car in person but i shyed away from trading the boat. im in more need of the money now
