I have bought the Mariah mode one widebody,
and I need a full respray after the bodywork are done.
Do I stick with the orginale colour combo silver dark gray or do I go plane silver with more metallic

I would paint it all the darker grey .
I am not a big fan of silver, the grey would show more depth in the paint.

I have seen a few two tone widebodies, and it looks fine. Your color combo would actually look pretty good in my opinion. But ultimatly it's your decision.

I was thinking about doing the car darker, but my engine bay looks
good with the orginal silver paint. And it is way to mutch work spripping
the whole thing down.I might go another shade silver with alot more metallic.
I also might keep the dark stripe.

If I am going to do anything with the wheels it has to be
sending the to 7X17"in front back to England and get them widened to 10x17"
Then I will use the ones I have back 9X17" in front
They have already sat me back 4800 usd included rubber.

If anyone have pics of two tone widebodys do put them up

Good idea on the wheels. I'm going with 8.5 or 9 inches in the front and 9.5 or 10 inches in the back. Here are the wheels I'm gonna get.

Keizer Wheels makes them, they are called Kosmo wheels. The quote I got from them was $350 a piece with the specs I wanted. They will look so good once I get the money to buy them.

The specs for the Mariah Mode 1 body kit has saying that maximum wheel width in the front should be 8.5 and 9.5 for the back. Here's the website, http://www.mariahmotorsports.com/ go to products, exterior, 1979-1985, and then Mariah Mode One. They give specs for the wheels you should get. I have the Mode One body kit too.

Thanks. You could ask Dansyoung about the offset on his widebody. I'm probably going to go somewhere around 4" to 4.5" backspacing. Here's a chart for backspacing to offset.

Here is some more info on wheel fitment and backspacing. https://www.rsracing.com/tech-wheel.html
