NY choke keeps blowing fuses

79 California computer . When auto choke kicks off it blows the fuse to the computer. Is there any way to bypass the computer. I really want the auto choke to work. I have test and replace all the other parts.

You have a bigger issue here. Theres 3 things that involve the choke functionality; the choke ****
magnet, the choke on the carb and the choke relay. 2 of these connect directly through the harness to
the ECU, the temp sensor that energizes the magnet and the choke relay. If one of these is shorting when
the engine gets to temp it may cause a the ECU to trip a fuse. I would investigate these by unplugging
each one in turn to see if the issue goes away.
