Looks like a 12A given the Nikki carb and the beehive, so it probably isn't even a 13B. Probably the previous owner told him it was increaed to 1.9L and he believed him.

Maybe he got a hold of some 16x internals/housings and it is really is 1.6L?

 

stay away from that car...someone may want to send the owner an email explaining that the rotary cannot be bored out, lol. that car is worth about half what the guy is asking...

^ I guarantee there are none. It's likely exactly as it came from the factory, with some extra grime and probably some flaking in the housings.
