Pulling ideas.. I really like his car as a whole but I AM wanting to adapt some ideas. The headlights, well im working on some brackets now (might produce them for resell who knows ) its just the glass im concerned about. Plexi glass scratches all to easy and glass molding maybe spendy.. Not sure yet how I am going to do it.

Hmmm Lexan works well...but scratches too. =/

Not sure man. GL with it though.

You should make the hood like his but add your own style to it. Personally, that's the key-point of his car..it's just so nice. =]

When will a Mod put this in non-tech?? o_O

Red face

Am I alone here? I think that car is UGLY with a capital UG. Then again I don't like the widebodies period on a 1st-gen. I also don't like the notch he cut in the front panel to aid cooling. Not that I don't get why he did it, I just think it doesn't match the car. The hood can go too.

I'm not trying to be an ***, but I just can't find anything to like, let alone love, about that car's appearance.

Don't like widebodys, bah humbug to you, lol. Check out the 'My Toy' link in my sig line, that's the widest aftermarket available. Newbs, .

I you ever have the chance to pull up next to Steve's car, better be driving a 3rd gen unless you want your left in the dust. Even then, all you will see is tail lights.

If need more width for wider tires, fender flares is another option.

I'm not doubting the car is fast. I'm sure it's still plenty lightweight and has some serious power.

I just think widebody first-gens don't look right. Get decent rubber and you won't need 15" wide tires.

Steve's car is actually a great example of function over form. Everything on his car is there to serve a function. I'm not a huge fan of the Mariah front ends all together(just too MKIII Supra for me) but he makes it look damn good

Note, this is RHD, probably an Aussie car with a Group C style kit on her, it probably ran as a CAMS Group 2E amateur racer, and yes I like it, reminds me of my old RX3.
