04-02-13 OGTA Report:
We were short a few 12A's, but a great meeting none-the-less.
Mike's Honda Powered Go Cart took top honors:

Jeremy's white FC was the prettiest rotary there, in my humble opinion

Followed closely by Lee's immaculate FC

Brett + GF finally showed up

And there were a bunch of FE's, as usual
Holly's daily ride

Luis' pretty Blue One

Tommy's Rotary Happiness

Always cool to see Ray!
Wish us Northern MN guys could get something going like you guys have. Would be fun to have a couple rotary meets a year. Kudos on keeping if going and good luck!

I know Stu, after 5 and a half years of regular monthly meets and occasional special weekend meets this is the first (and hopefully only) time there were no 1st gens.
The SAs and FBs are still out there, but an odd combination of circumstances meant they weren't in the lot last night.
A wake up call for sure, hopefully it won't happen again.
Hey Stu, aren't you due for your 10 Rotor as of January 2013? I'm seeing they still have you with only 5 Rotors. Better check with the mods, looks like they're slacking.

DD, Mike had to take the skeeter to three different Registries before he found one that understood the importance of having skeeters on the road and gave him the plates.
Georgia has great weather and believes strongly in states rights. In fact, each county has its own rules. You just need to check around and you can get most anything you want.
For example, Nelson, a small town just north of Atlanta, recently mandated that all heads of households must own a gun and know how to use it.
Come on down.
Dave, Crit is one of the most regular monthly OGTA meeting attenders. He's a man of few words, but when he speaks, Rotorheads listen.
Karl, if you and some of the other Newbies want to see what Old Guys can do with 12As, check out this thread:

It chronicles the OGTA meetings and related events since the first formal meeting on 08-07-07, with bits and pieces from less organized meetings over the prior 5 years.
Very entertaining, lots of Rotary Wisdom, photos and videos and most of the links remain active.
