how the hell does the fc3s water pump fit up to the 20b?
Definitely doesn't look like its going to fit.
then what do I do for pulleys?
will the 20b wp pulley fit on the fc pump?
do I need to chance the 20b alt and drive pulley to the fc ones?

You have to change to a matching front cover or else it will not fit.
You can use any front cover/WP combo you'd like, but they've got to match up. I went all series V components for mine with the pineapple ALT relocation kit and gilmer gear pulleys.
