just cause you have them cleaned and flow tested, its an old injector.
no flow bench can test an injector when its hot, i have seen heaps of injectors that fail under abit of heat that dont show any problems what so ever on the flow bench.
BUY NEW INJECTORS, and preferably buy them from a company that flows them in pairs or quadripples depending on how many your buying.
Safest bet.

if i get the dam application i can go to PEPBOYS(commercial account mgr)look them up and order a bunch of them for dirt cheap(commercial account),i got a price on the marrens, accel and FAST,the BOSH numbers wont cross at all using my interchange database and i dont want to spend a complete day just trying to figure it out,if i can get a application i can get my stocking number and get them from BOSH again for dirt cheap and maybe offer them cheaper than anybody else,we have a deal with BOSH and we get all the engine managment parts from them(you wont belive me how cheap we getthis stuff)that is why i want to know,by the way calling BOSH didnt work at all, they put some guy from malasia on the line and he could not figure it out.

It’s BOSCH. Sorry, I'm not a stickler for spelling and grammar because mine is horrible, but I saw it in caps wrong 4 times lol. I remember long ago reading there is no specific automotive application for the 160 lb Ford injectors. They were I believe experimental for an alcohol burning engine (which makes sense, given there large flow rating for most internal gasoline combustion engines), what platform it was on I don't know. This is all just from fuzzy memory and I might be totally wrong.

not sure how much cheaper you'll be able to get them thru pepboys..
i've got some deep deals with wholesalers and would love to compare your prices with mine..
Anyway i believe they were used in a natural gas Ford Crown Vic. Not sure on the year though..

injectors
I got the BOSCH stocking number but they are currently out of stock(backordered for a couple of months)my price for new ones not reman $27.34 if i place a order for more than 20,i can get them remanufactured thru BOSCH but i need cores to send them in price for reman units is $17.35(if i order more than 20)turn around time for the remans around 2 weeks and they dont have a date or PO# for the new ones yet(they said a couple of months but they didnt gave me a date),if you go to pepboys and special order them(they dont keep them in stock, drop shipped by BOSCH via ups ones you place a order)you end up paying around 90.00 a piece with no warranty and cant be return at all.Im gonna wait and see if i can get some in a couple of months and sell them here in the forum and help you out guys.Of course im gonna mark them up a little bit and charge shipping but it wont be more than 75,80 bucks for a set.

I think its on all the model year pages...but there specifically RX7.com sells the bosch 1600's. I dunno if they havent updated in a long time, or if they still sell them. But if its worth calling them over....there it is
I have a pair of those 1600 Alcohol injectors though...I did some research. They only flow 1320cc with regular gasoline.
They probably need to be cleaned, and i have no garranty that they are good if I still have them laying around...but if youre interested Ill go look for you.
20 bucks plus shipping if i can still find them.
