im not that familur with turbo's as to every detail but was asked a question that i didnt know the question to..

Garrett Turbo Specs:
standard 60-1 compressor 58mm wheel (AR.60)
Ar. 63 hotside
some reason it wont load the pics now but the turbo and pics in 2nd gen for sale section/

Question:
Can the garrett turbo above polished compressor and internal wheel be matched up with a s4/s5 hotside and used the actuater to be internally wastegated like a stock turbo and match straight up to the lim of the fc3s..
im lost..
