Exclamation Source 4 - 2x850 primaries, 2x1600 cc seconadries + rail

Some time ago someone posted a place to get the blue top Bosch 850 cc primaries and 1600 cc secondaries for less than what RP is selling them for. K2RD has them as well but someone told me that you can get them at any GM parts dealer because they are OE injectors on some GM car/truck and they only sell for $70 or $80 bucks each v.s the $150 and $300+ that others are selling them for.

If any of you guys have info on this one please re-post all the details on this one ..when, where, who and how much.

Thanks a mil,
3rdGen7

Blue/Grey top-----> Ford
Brown top---------> Dodge
And since we're on the topic of factory OEM parts---> 3-bar map sensor---> 1989 Firebird/Transam Turbo with the 3.8 litre GN motor!

I ordered a 2 plug HKS AIC harness for about $20 and cut the plugs off it... works great and there brand new, or you could use almost any Nissan top feed injector plug if you want to go to a junk yard and cut them off the harness... sombody had also put up somplace where you could buy just the plugs... It was in the power FC part of the forum about 4-8 months ago...

Just guessing, but maybe something with one injector in a throttle-body injection setup. Or they are simply aftermarket.

I got some ND 720's now. Do I need two or four resistors for two injectors?

Actually Ford and Dodge were experimenting with alcohol fueled vechicles for some time. The injectors were also used in commercial and government propane fueled vechicles mostly V8's and they ran 8 injectors!
You can still purchase the 160lb inj. from FMS(Ford Motor Sports) at a quantity of eight for a very good price!
