List of people getting tuned in Colorado

BDC will be flying out to Colorado on May 9th - May 18th. I need $50 paypaled to MichaelB145@aol.com to reserve your spot for tuning/installation work/engine building. The $50 will go towards the flight and expenses to get BDC out here. If you are also interested in having BDC do any installing for you, please PM him to confirm he is interested and how much he will charge. Also, please let me know what days you are availible to have BDC tune and I will put together a schedule.

On May 17th at 5 - 9 pm we will have a Rotary day at Bandimere for those who are interested in drag racing there car. The cost will be $30 for as many runs you can make. It will cost $10 to come and watch....There will be alot of fast cars there as it is the Colorado State Patrol take it to the track night.

As you send $50 to MichaelB145@aol.com, I will add you to the list of being tuned.

Hi Mike so just to clairfy this, $50 paypal is then subtracted from the tune cost of $350, i.e. balance would be $300 at time of tune? I can paypal you today, let me know, thanks

The tune its self cost $350, then we have to get him out here, house him, feed him! The $50 is on top of the cost of $350, for getting him out here. Mike is paying for the flight upfront, then everyone needs to rembursed mike who is planing on having BDC work on his car.

But why it was going to cost $500 before was that Demetrious picks up the plan ticket himself, and houses himself. We are still saving $100 since I like brian well just let him sleep at my place.

Hope this clears it up for you guys.

Thanks,

Marc

Yea, sorry guys.....when I talked to BDC, he never said anything about a plane ticket...but I guess I should have known since we had to buy him a ticket last time.

I don't think I am going to get a dyno due to cost....who ever needs a dyno can either set it up themselves or let me know how long and what day and I will get you a price.

Its cool, I will hit you up later today with my $50 and hope to god that I am done with my installs for that date. I believe it won't be a problem. I just need to swap a few things out and done. Mike I am super flexible on scheduling. I will call you and we can discuss what you think I should do about the dyno? Afterall if the street tune for my set-up is good enough I might pass. Money talks right fellas. the BDC tune is most important to me. Thanx for the hospitality Marc of letting BDC crash at your spot, that is a good service to all of us. I appreciate it and hopefully we can figure some CF for your car soon.

I put my leave in for May 11th (my b-day) thru the 13th...it hasn't came back approved so I'm going to hold off on the $50 until I get it back approved...

As for the dyno, I would like dyno time and I hope other people on the list are looking to dyno their cars...I may just contact BDC and see if I could pick him up and maybe some of us Springs guys could tune down here for a day or two. I found a place with a dynojet and you can get 3 pulls for $75 which I guess is the average but maybe cheaper with a group buy...

Gotcha, I wish my clients would pay for my travel! Sounds good, in regards to the schedule I would just want to schedule it before the track day on the 17th so I can see what all of this will do to my run times! Mike I will paypal you this today....please confirm when you receive...thanks, Jon

For anyone who did not know....You can also now send money via paypal with your cell phone for no extra money.

Check out the link and sign up....it's very easy!

https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/we...ile/MobileSend

The best part is if you forgot your wallet and owe someone money, you can just paypal them....Pop machines are going to start accepting it someday so you can buy a pop with your cell phone!

Thumbs up

Any Colorado Springs people interested in getting some tuning done down here...I found a place called WENDZ Racing...they will offer a group buy/club rate if we have enough people...

I guess the other main factor would be if BDC would be willing to come down here for a day or so to tune some springs folks, but wanted to gauge interst before asking him...

Even if it dont get the time off, you can leave the car at my house and me and BDC can take care of it and get it tuned for you long as you drop it off and pick it up.

I'm in, not sure what day though. If we could get BDC down to the Springs for even an afternoon that would be just dandy. I'm already taking a 4 day one of those weekends so extra time off might be sketchy. If dyno time is reasonably priced in the Springs, why the heck not - I'm already broke from the car, might as well stay that way!

Yep I don't mind doing it as long as you guys help take care of the airfare to Marc and Mike since they're paying to fly me out.

As far as where to stay in ColSprings, I've got a buddy out there in that area who was originally planning on lugging his car up to Denver for me to do a Haltech installation. He's offering to let me kick it at his place but I'm not sure where in town he lives. So, if trying to find a place to dump me off is an issue, it may be covered.

MPFCC has paid...

BDC, as for the place to stay, let us know...if there isn't a crap load of people down here and you get us springs guys knocked out, I can take you back up to Marc's at any time depending on the day...or you could even crash at my place if your friend doesn't work out...

Contacted Wendz Racing here in the Springs and he told me that if we can get 5 or more cars here for tuning he can do the dyno for $65 /hr, without 5 or more it will be $95 hour, or $75 for 3 runs...hopefully we can get 5, that would be awesome...

Come on Springs people!
