Sorry, I have to disagree with that. The distributor drive gear is keyed to the e-shaft, the pump drive gear sits right behind it, also keyed to the e-shaft.
Drittens, you need to provide more info on how it is not running. A quick check to see if the dizzy is turning, take the cap off and rotate the engine. If the rotor turns, then the gear drive system is correct. That doesn't mean that the dizzy is in the correct position though.
There are no marks to line up for the oil pump and chain, only the internal parts of the oil pump itself.
