Aftermarket Stereo and OEM wiring
Hey guys,
I have my dash harness removed and in the process of wrapping it up again. Did anyone have any issues using the 12v switched power (15A L/B wire) and the 12v constant power (10A L/R wire). I'm sure the stereo utilitizes the 15A to drive the CD player etc. It seems adequate for the OEM stereo, just curious if anyone had any issues with blown fuses with aftermarket stereos and using other devices say, the Cigarette lighter port.
I'm not driving any speakers with this setup, it will be feeding an amp in the rear.
This is a 1993 RX7
Cheers,
Eddie
