Speaker Sizes w/BOSE (Aftermarket)

Hey all, I have a Bose factory stereo, and i replaced the deck with a pioneer 7 inch visual audio unit, and i dont like the sound of the bose speakers anymore, so what size can i straight replace the door speakers with?

4" is straight repalcement size. just save up and get a 6.5 up in the door.

What's the easiest way to mount a new speaker there? Do you need to build something or can it be mounted directly to the door? I assume you remove the box & amp that are in there now....

depend on what size u go with. for 5.5 and 6.5 u have to use spacers. but if u go with 4.5 u can still use the bose incloser. but if u do the bigger speaker, take it to a quality audio shop. they are a real big pain in the ***.
