HI everyone just got a 1993 rx7 fd it is not running trying to fix it. I changed oil spark plugs and fuel filter. the car is not getting fuel so i put some gas in to intake car ran for 5sec so i checked the injectors and there not working so i have my little test kit to check injector and they work check for power they get power but the ecu is not telling them what to do so i check the crank angle sensors they are good im getting rpms. then i sent out the ecu to be check came back good fuel pump works but only if your turning the key to start it will not prim and all so the fans come on. so i check what codes and im am getting 9,12,13,18,20,28.so i check the map sensor and where C is im getting 4.4v after 30s it drops, B is good same as battery, A gets 5v. any help on what i should check next.

 

9= water themosensor
13=pressure sensor intake manifold
12= throttle sensor full range
18=throttle sensor narrow range
20=metering oil position sensor
28=solenoid valve - egr

 

i plug the map sensor back in check the C and get 2.4v unplug i get 4.4v is the map bad
