who makes the best engine?

im looking to get an engine built for my fd and was wondering who makes the best engine? even though i live in indiana it doesnt have to be close to me. any thoughts would be great.

i would say the japanese tuning houses make the best engines.

it depends on what you want the engine for....longevity, performance, or a little of both....i personally have a reman sitting in my FD that runs excellent (3500mi.)...full BPU and running 1bar of boost...

KDR made me a pretty good engine. I have no complaints so far (~5k miles).
