My car is a stock NA, street driven.
I agree that the boots are not that flexible. You can certainly run them, but I've had better luck with rubber personally.

If you are street driven I would do the Mazdacomp forward diff mount, and either stock or Mazdacomp rear diff mounts.

If you go solid with one of the diff mounts, they all need to be solid.

You'll need to drop the rear subframe out of the car. Remove the trailing arm, cut or drill out the rubber OE bushing, then use a hack saw or sawzall to slice the old bushing shell and not damage the arm. Then the old bushing shell will slide out and you can press in the new spherical bearing with a press, or some threaded rod, nuts, washers and sockets.

Sorry to bring up an old thread. Can someone provide some insight regarding the trailing arm spherical bushings. In the photo I attached, is this the inner sleeve that is to to be removed? The bushing is too big to fit the opening rite now. I dont see a seam on the face where it would looks like it separate, but if you notice on the inside, there is a gap between the 2 halves. Do I carefully cut this out or is this the opening and I just have to press in the bearing

Sleeves

Yes you got to take a flat head screw driver and hammer them out I had the same problem with my install off the poly so they are made to come out and they will.

Right around the lip.

It's been many years since I've removed my stock bushings, but I think I used a tight fitting socket and just pressed out the outer sleeve.
