Wolf3D ver 4 - O2 sensor
Just wondering if any Wolf owners have hooked up a narrow band O2 senor? I'd like to find out what your high, low and Stoich settings are and wether it's made any difference to your fuel consumption while crusing? If my fuel maps are set up correctly then low end (under 4K and under 40% load) I should see closed loop trying it's luck. The wolf only gives a voltage on the hand controller/pc and stoich is supposedly 14.7:1, does any know if there's a corresponding voltage on the Wolf, or it's not that simple?
Thanks
Thanks

I haven't tried the closed loop function on the new V4, but the usual EMS initial target voltage is 600mV, which is then adjusted as needed.
Stoich for pump gasoline is about 14.4 to 14.7:1. The stoich voltage is technically 500mV, and the ECU crossing voltage is usually 450mV, but the O2 sensor voltage will vary with temperature, so this is not going to be 100% accurate.
Also note that the voltage to lambda ratio is not linear, and the sensor becomes less accurate as the voltage increases or decreases from stoich.

NTK OXYGEN SENSORS

I only use a single wire, we didn't find any earth issues with the exhaust when we checked it out with a metre. I thought the 3 wire was for heating the o2 sensor and the 4 wires ones had the additional wire for earthing?
