Wolf 3d V4 Plus

Starting to prepare the wiring to install the wolf 3d V4 plus. I notice on the extra harness with 18 pins that the wire on pin P12 is extra short. It like 8 inches long with a metal clip on the end like is missing a plug for it. Is this normal??

Also on the dealer diagrams am I suppose to use the Pin 6 or use the Pin P12? Does it matter? I'm guessing I'm suppose to slide the wire from pin6 plug out and slide pin P12 into it?

Thanks in advance

Carlos

Too bad I don't have my old harness. I'm actually swapping ECU systems. From e6k to wolf.
