new map, 7/12/05 (slight tuning, changed trigger to falling edge)

after noticing that my cas was wired in reverse of the trigger type that i was using, i changed it to falling edge. I had to advance my CAS to make up for the signal coming later.
I no longer get errors on start.
thanks to turborotor for starting a discussion on this and bringing it to light.
also, from dealer tech 2 on whether to use rising or falling edge.
