latest datalogs
had some fun with the new techedge today and did some datalogging on the highway... mostly 3rd gear stuff.. road is a bit uneven to do real 4th gear pulls, and a 1-2 in there after a turnaround..
I think the results are pretty nice =]
boost is listed in psi * 10, the cells are for that PSI and 2 below (ie: 180 is 16-18psi)
100 degree intake temps (was hot today), 14 degrees advance @ 18 psi, reached about 70% duty cycle with the stock FPR and 1000/1680cc injectors.
Some other stats the logs don't show, it took 2.58 seconds to go from 5500 rpm to 8300 rpm in third gear. not too bad =]
If you want to do the math for MPH on that, add about 10% due to my larger tires. I think its about 85 to just under 130.

Cool! I'm still meaning to get a good o2 sensor and trying MS's datalogger then the convert program to allow tewblog to read the values.
Mike have you tried your datalogger with another o2 sensor and did it calibrate correctly.
The plus side to this than purchasing a techedge (other than it'll only cost one o2 sensor) is you can log ignition timing aswell.

lol i accidentally did speed calcs from a second gear pull.. so those #'s are wrong =] ah well.
I noticed my boost gauge was a touch off, so I just retuned the top area of my maps and turned the boost up to 18psi.. running strong, will track it soon.
I think I'm going to use the same datalogging setup in my FD when i put it back together. Luckily it already has the GM map sensor so I'll just have to tap into that instead of buying one =]
