Exclamation GRRRRR fault finding help

I am having problems when my engine is under boost. Well actually as it gets to 4psi. It doesn't matter what RPM. Now I have a bosch DFI setup like in the Wolf manual 4 ignitors and 4 coils. Now I had to do this because the Trailing Coil didn't work with the Version 4 Wolf. This is what happens I gradually push down the gas until boost reaches 3psi the engine seems to stop accelerating and then it seems to breakdown at 4psi. The mixture seems to be ok and doesn't go lean. Above 0psi I run 13 degrees advance. It seems like a spark problem to me I have new plugs and I have tested the leads. I checked the timing and it and the split looks ok. Now looking at the spark in a open plug(sitting on the engine) it doesn't seem to be that good compaired to the Mazda coil. It seems to be orange instead of the bright blue from the mazda coils. I have run a new power feed to the coils which improved the spark a little. Anyone running bosch coils??? Any idea??

GRRRR I want to give my car a good run to help run it in!!!!!!

Nyt, yes that is right. 4 ignitors 4 coils just like on page 45 in the manual. Can you tell me of your experience and what you found.

i tried all kinds of igniter/coil setups. some with dual post some without.

oddly enough, ive had best results with the cheapest setup.

fd igniter, msd 6a on the leading, and fc coils all around.

i have the fc coils in my car mounted in the stock position, i just have the wiring to/from the fc igniters cut out.

my car has no problem reving out to 9000 rpm on 20 psi of boost =]

Thumbs up

Alas I found out what happened to my car.... I wondered why my maximum staging was set to 50% .....while fixing that I also caused the surging problem what actually happens when the injector pulse widths exceed the rotational speed of the engine it seems to miss the second pulse. So if my engine rotation time is 9 ms and I have 100% staging with skip set to 0 then when my primary injection timing hit 4.5 ms or more it would not start the next pulse. Lucky I didn't kill my engine the misfire was the injectors not firing any fuel and thats why the AFR didn't change because it would react too slowly.....WHOOOHOOOO it goes much better now .

I can now devote a little more time other things like a decoding programme for the logger.

My first run over 4000 rpm today 9.2 psi boost I thought my seat was going to break!
My poor old car didn't know what happened to it. I maxed out the injectors at 5800 rpm. I have 550/1000's I have a malpassi 1:7 rising rate regulator, does anyone know how to adjust these? I may have to get a couple of 1680's... I can't see over the bonnet now(not becasue of my height) and more fuel will only make it harder to see over my bonnet
