aux injector ON and OFF???
I got buged exhaust manifolds for 2 injectors on my 1jzgte MKIV supra (sorry to bring this to the rx7 club) for my home made antilag system. my question is, Can i activate and desactivate the aux injectors from a given rpm. Exp: from 1,200 to 3,200 rpm they be on and from then on they turn off. I don't think it can be done using the aux channels but i'm clueless. If any one could give me some info will be great.

um, dont quote me on this but couldnt you use one of your aux channels to power your injectors? your aux channels are full custom controlled, you can set what rpm or tps or whatever you want to use to control your devices, but if you want my opinion you are asking for an engine fire, the heat from the exhaust would melt any o-ring or plastic on or near the injector, you thought of using NOS as a pre-spool assist before boost? well im sure you have your reasons..... i think in the aux controlls you can set under the mode between 0-255 and i think that pulses the ground faster or slower so if you set it right you wont over duty cycle your injectors but now that i think about it all that would do is overheat your injectors but you are putting them on your exhaust manifold so you have already done that........ hmmm........

Well i seen the procedure being done on a couple of subies, the rally guys over here do it but i dont get their whole message do to the language barrier, plus they use motec M800 way too expensive for me. the injectors look normal, like... no different that the stock ones on any car, i know they are rated at 190cc. i got to learn where they come from, plus the bugs are about 1 inch ceramic coaded (i could always run water to cool them down). belive me when this is on use them boost gauges are up in heaven and out the whole response is insane.

id also be worried about cracking your manifold, why dont you mount your injectors in a safe place and have a 1/4" stainless hard tube connect to the output part of the injector to the manifold, that way your injectors are safer from heat and if you use water that would be safer and traveling down the tube would warm the water up enough for it to be not so bad for cracking your manifold by the time it gets to it and turnes to steem, you could also use propane but then that is even more dangerous, i would use a water alcohol mix
