I go to school at ITT Tech in Rancho Cordova, I've seen a yellow 2nd Gen, and a yellow 3rd on my way into class.

One or both belong to anyone on here?

A troll is someone who comes on the forum simply to start **** and try to **** people off. You won't see many of them in this section because I don't have a problem with banning them.

The yellow FD might belong to Tim, but I don't know about the yellow FC. Is teh FD an R1 with BBS rims?

2nd P.S. Im rather new to the whole RX-7 obsession, what's the differance between an FC and an FD? is that the diff between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gen?

Yes, here's the list:
SA22 and FB are first gens roughly '79-'85
FC = 2nd gens '86 - '91
FD = 3rd gens '92.5 - '02 though you'll never see anything newer than a '95 in the U.S. unless it was imported.

Those are chassis codes. But the FC and FD parts are on the VIN plates. I've never looked at the VIN of a 1st gen so I really couldn't tell you.

Whenever I see another RX7 i usually wave, most people look at me like "white boy you crazy".

i honked at an n/a fc yesterday we were side by side on the street, the driver gave me a "wtf" look and tried to pull away.......thats when the boost kicked in and i honked at him again and he looked pretty scared. people are not that nice down here i guess......

I usually flip up the headlights and/or honk at other 7's. I used to do the same at 8's, but I never once got anything better than a WTF look. I usually got to see the driver's middle finger. Nice huh?

Not all of them are. But the majority would fall into that category. I've met some RX-8 guys who are just as addicted to the rotary as we are.
