Does anyone know who's rally FC this is? I saw it in Vacaville a few Saturdays ago. I was just surprised because I would expect something like this to be trailerd, not street driven. This thing was raised quite a bit and had a roll cage.

I tried to find the owner but it was at 10:30PM and there were no stores open or cars in the parking lot so he must have been at the resturant around the block.

my boss and i built that car and was later sold to his grandson, he just raced it a few weeks ago in san fran why u ask

 

thats not that rotary doctors car different rotary doc this guy is from hemet and his name is tom mccabe dave turner in hemet did the role cage in it
