ohh i see that makes more sense, so the guy thought your car was turboed by you instead of being turbo from factory. you should have argued that it came turboed from the factory

Dcrosby was talking to the constable at sevenstock and what he was saying was that the officer just gives the ticket. When you tell the judge there are no ref stations, the judge sends you back to the officer. and the officers are like wtf?

So, you just need to bribe someone with some cash or HDTV's or something and be like, BAM, back to stock. say "i took out my aftermarket Twin Turbo Setup and went back to this measley single turbo POS.

ok, i'm getting silly now, but srsly, just get someone to sign it off somehow.

If you can't get it signed it off, just pay the fine. Remember, you gotta pay to play. Good Luck.

Hi everyone..i just recieved my ticket yesterday and the following violations were cvc27156b-smog device
cvc5200a-Lic plate missing
cvc27150a-inadequate muffler

clearing the citation following options:

1) Paying $601.00
or
2)Paying $391.00 plus showing proof of correction
3)Appearing in court

I pick number 1...paying it off and installing a cat and silencer...

you know what sucks, i have ref tickets in the past, adn chose to pay em... and recently i was denied a job which required a clean driving record *installing satalites for dish network*.. and even tho its not a point, they didnt accept my vehicle modification violations since they saw it as "opperation of illegal vehicles, we can't take that risk" bullshit... so these go into ur driving record as a violation even tho its not a point, but could also **** ur chances of getting a job.. way to go california!! This just happened to me on tuesday when i had a interview and was called last and didnt even make the interview because they told me this first.

Pay Fine, and Flip off the ref when you drive by
If you pay the full fine, you don't need to go to ref... unless you want the violation removed to work for DirecTV, but I don't know that getting it signed off by the ref will remove the violation from your record, since you did violate it, you just corrected it, which is where it gets fuzzy, did you truly violate it or did the cop overstep his expertise and write you for a legit part ? And then how does that affect your record.... Fuman ?
