Well the other day I had to rent a tow dolly from u-haul to tow my repu to lucky 7. Everything was going good until the ask me what kind of car I was towing. I told him a 1974 mazda repu. The guy looked at me and thought I was crazy then he had no mazda category in his computer. After looking and looking he found nothing so he told me I could not rent it. I said f**k it you will find it under a ford courier so he did and then I was able to rent it. **** the guy that painted it and did a shitty job said some one with a repu passed and wanted to buy my front grill emblem and the guy told me he was going to sell it for 50 bucks. I guess there are still a lot of people that dont value these beatiful old schools. Sorry just had to vent.

lol i went through the same thing with a 70 and 73 datsun 510.

the dumb bitch that answered the phone 1 didnt speak english she spoke ebonics (well sorta. idk if it was even that) 2. kept telling me that i could only rent a dolly and not a trailer and 3. couldnt find the car.......unfortunately the 510 didnt have a nissan counterpart so i eventually just told her that it was a 240. she then tried to tell me my truck couldnt tow a 240.....wtf? i KNOW what MY truck is capable of towing.

the problem is you need to be careful what you tell them depending on the ttruck your towing with because they will not let you rent sometimes based on the weight
