Haha yeah, I kind of know what you mean. Alot of people give me the 'wtf' look when they hear me speak Asian languages, and the most common response people give when they find out my major is "why?"
It seems like sometimes people expect you to conform or identify with whatever culture you physically 'belong' to, and when you are interested in another culture, it throws people off haha.

Here in San Diego @ the Mitsuwa Japanese super-Mart.
One of the down side of S.D. is that is we have very small Asian Community and the 126Miles from LALA land to s.d. has and effect on the availability of simple things down here.
