Last time I smogged my car I added a 1/2 gal of 2% and it passed with flying colors. It's the homogenization process in the milk that emulsifies the fat and reduces the carbon in exhaust gasses.

Joking aside, I'm not sure why 100 octane will help. It most likely will give you a bigger chance for failure since 100 octane is harder to burn than 91.

My FC passed with 10 gallons of Sunoco Standard Purple 110 Octane and 1 gallon of buttermilk. The lactic acid in the buttermilk aids combustion and burns off hydrocarbons much better.

if milk really does help then why dont they just have it added to the gas when you are getting it

well last time i checked 100 oct. burns cleaner and faster, i mean ive been rolling with 91 oct. for the past 4 mounths just so my FC can get used to it and be ready to get a 7 gallon fill of 100 oct. run it on the free way for a while and get it smoged.

so i took off the hose that connects from the air pump to the filter box and covered the filter box end and installed a performance air breather on the air pump end to help it suck in the air faster. well thats my idea to help it pass smog do any of you guys think that can help.
