does anyone know a rotary shop that does wastegate porting on a stock s5 turbo in Southern california?

why should that matter?

not sure if they have a shop or what but their work looks good from what i have seen and never heard of a complaint against them.

Go get your stuff worked on somewhere else then. You can't beat Dave's quality with how much he charges.

He just banged out a 402RWHP COSMO RE 2nd gen on a stock turbo with a 60-1 compressor. What's then problem?

I would reccomend porting if you are running an intake and exhaust. Especially if you are receiving boost spiking. If your car is stock, there is no need to do wastegate porting.
