if they can do that, will be awsome. my headlight's been glitchy and doing the up and down thing for a bit when it rains these few days. i guess i'll have to unplug the motor before i take off.

i don't think rain will be such a biggy, as long as we get shade/garage to stand in.

I have to put 300 miles on my car today to finish breaking in the engine. This is with a car that originally produced 90HP at the fly and was unstable on dry asphault, let alone, rain.

yeah, humidity will definitly effect the tune. if anything, we'll all get higher HP output from colder and denser air. and the tune will be more rich in the summer.

****.. u gotta cover up ur sunroof w/ a trashbag or something...

Jesuscookies - that sux man... 300miles in this weather...... Vegas trip before tune??

Do what Mike was going to do.... find a shop (maybe gazos) with a dyno or any type of rollers, put it on and let it roll at 60mph until you reach the your 300 mile mark.

Paying for that would be worth driving you car right now lol.

Or, if I get my tires and fix everything today I could trade you my spot on Sunday so youl have an extra day to break it in.

I should be able to knock a 100 off going to pick up Steve at the Airport tonight. A quick trip up the 118 to the 126 in ventura should do the rest.

It is probably safer to take it off. If you do not want to risk breaking it, pull it off before you get there.

Luckly it didn't start to rain until after my tune's done. I made 338 whp@14 psi. Steve fixed all the small drivability issues i had like slight hesitation when lightly throttle, sequential transition...etc.. now my car responds great and very fun to drive

mods are:

Apexi PFC
HKS EVC 6
99spec turbos
denso supra pump
550/1300 injectors (newly cleaned)
NGK iridium 9's all around
NGK Power Cables
HKS Twin Power
HKS RS intake
KS vmount
3" ebay SS downpipe + midpipe
St.May Shotgun exaust

Thanks again Jesuscookies for organizing this. And Much prop to Steve

EDIT: Its pouring like crazy today (sunday). i hope everyone scheduled for today's tune came out alright.

Hey!

It was great to met you guys this morning. I wanted to stay and watch everyone else but I had to take off as my wife was sick today.

Also the elevation is indeed ~2000 feet, so it looks like the numbers are pretty accurate!

I put down 417 whp and 324 tq at 16 psi, so the car did great! I switched to an SMB metalic cat with the resonator from the Knightsports metalic cat and gained 30 hp and about 25 tq. I'll scan the plot tomorrow.

Also, much improved on the light throttle driveability from last time.

Thanks Steve! And Gazo for taking the extra care with the car .

Attila

Thanks everyone for coming out. It was great to meet you all!

Unfortunatley, it is back to the drawing board for me. I actually got the timing issue straightened out somewhat. However, once on the dyno I had fuel issues. Steve was able to do a rough tune up to 10PSI, and I put out 336RWHP. I should be good for about 430 once I get everything sorted. I think the Haltech is going to be sent in for check up to make sure it is not causing any of the problems.

Thanks Again!
