Yes THIS year, 2008, so no you guys didn't miss it. Andrew, if you would be so kind as to edit the OP to reflect the 30 at 10AM, not 11. 10:00am will give people plenty of time to show up and get situated as well as the spot saver(s) won't be sitting there all morning twiddling their thumbs...

AUGUST 30th is the date! Start time 11am or earlier!

Please make sure to email J-Ro, so we can get a food list for the Pot Luck going. I'll get a Status Check from him this weekend, and if it's weak, I'll be calling you cats out!! haha. I'll have to confirm on who will be bringing a grill to the meet.

Ok WEST Forum! Here's the dilly, we're gonna look over the grub/equipment list, and we're gonna probably need help and some stepping up. Or it's gonna be a chips and soda BBQ, aka weakbbq.

We have the Club BBQ at his pad, Kung FuRoy, can you help with transport? J-Ro is near yah.

I have 2 club EZ Ups. Albeit 1 broken, I think.. last time they were used at the same event hahah.

I'll bring Burgers.. no not 20% fat patties. Sirloin Patties FTW!

I'll have him forward the list to me and we'll start handing out " WHAT YOU NEED to BRING" to this potluck! I hope that's cool for everyone!
