DATE! - 16th or 23rd???? EMAIL Jeremy and he'll tally up the votes!
It’s that time again… Ok well not THAT time but the time before THAT time; yes I’m talking about the annual SoCalRXClub Beach Barbeque! If you’ve been before you know it’s fun in the sun with a couple of hacks trying to burn things on the grill. This year is no exception, we’ll be at it again, hoping to make this one even better.
This deal is a somewhat assigned potluck, meaning once we confirm enough people we’ll divvy up the list and people can pitch in what they can. Things we’ve needed in the past include: side dishes, snacks, utensils, napkins, condiments and the like. Of course you can bring all your own stuff do it up yourself but what fun is that? Pitch in, lend a hand and bring the rotary community even closer by renewing acquaintances and meeting new people and having a great time.

p.s. I’d like to have the list out to people that reply by the 16th at the latest to give people time to hit the store/Costco/Mazda dealer/etc..., so let me know ASAP.
PSS- If someone would like to volunteer to grab a spot for the meet, that would be great as well!

Yeah bring that.....lemon seasoned BBQ chicken...macaroni and greens and ummm, mad crazy amounts of sprite. Cornbread...umm towlettes with that bomb limon scent...uh, cacahuates and horchata...word!
yeah I agree. 23 more time to prepare. and 16th is the weekend before college starts for some peeps. I'll bring the fun and napkins.

I'm so forgetful. Do you guys mind having it on the 30th? I have a wedding on the 23rd to attend, if we have it on that date 23rd, then I'm SOL.
Can we come to an agreement on the 30th instead? More time to get everyone on board? = )

RE: Grill. Roy, I think J-Ro has that covered. Hilarious planning last year, we had food and drinks, raw food, but NO GRILL! WTH? lol I'll confirm with him again on that lil detail.
