SF: I need a trailer or flatbed! ASAP

So my tranny blew last night and my car is sitting somewhere downtown SF. All the flat bed tow truck drivers didn't want to tow my car cause they said it was too low to the ground. I guess they didn't want to be liable for it. But does anyone local know a good driver that would take care of a rotor head? I reserved a U-Haul but it might not be available today. This could really suck cause the area looks a bit sketchy.

Justin

u-haul trailers + low car = damaged airdam in my experience. considering it's SF with narrow busy streets i'd get a dolly. just roll on and go.

same thing with a tow dolly. rear will scrape. so in summary, use a rope and pull it in the middle of the night.

If you live in SF, a rope + truck in the middle of the night is a good idea. SF is only 7 miles at most. I did it a few times but only for a few blocks.
