Every year after the event on saturday night the infamous Double Tree Hotel Poolside Party grows outta control.

I thought it would be nice to see how we can organize a Poolside BBQ for those who are staying at the hotel with friends.

There seems to be an unending amount of alcohol at the party but do to the lack of FOOD availability seems to deter some of us non-drinkers to stray away from the party.

I would like to see if we can request a table setup poolside for the food service and maybe get some people to assist me in setting up the BBQ food service for the Rotary heads staying @ the hotel.

Main hardware will be the bbq grill from someone local. the rest will be purchased and brought up from SD with me.

Lucky for me I went upstairs bout 5 minutes before that happened. The rest of the people staying in our room showed up shortly after me, and told me about it. I remember that guy was from the east coast so I doubt it was you.

 

Glad that you will be attending this year's SS. I recall that every year regardless of what they(the drinkers) think and say, in a matter of 2hours everyone get smashed to **** and can't remember anything.

I figured that if we had some sort of Poolside food service this would encourage and promote healthier prolonged drinking.

 

I'm in of course. Let me know if you need me to carry anything up from SD like last time. That includes people, food, and ice chests.
