Who here knows fceeyah (J. Rodriguez)? He has scammed a few people with **** parts and has now disappeared.

I need someone who can either have him contact me to make this right or to help me get my money back. This is complete crap that he pulled and it does NOT need to be allowed to go uncontested.

Details are in the thread, but here is the short version...

In his FS thread he had among other things, a Greddy tubular manifold and a supposed RE Amemiya wing. I bought the wing. In his thread he made mention that it was "real carbon fiber" not a knock off. $350.00.

I got it via UPS. I opened the box and first off, it didn't look a thing like the RE wing. Second, it is made of PLASTIC that has a CF finish on it.

I want my money back. Period. Oh, in the thread I linked to, he also lied to the other guy about the manifold that was supposed to be Greddy.

Seriously, I hope you find this guy cause that is fucked up.

 

Oh, I'll find him one way or the other. I've sent him multiple PMs and emails and given him the opportunity to send me my money back and it will drop. Depending on his response (or lack of), things will be handled accordingly.

In all seriousness, if any of you guys are in his area and would be willing to help me out I'd appreciate it.

Yeah, there ARE a lot out there. It's unfortunate that we have to deal with them in an otherwise great hobby.

He seems to be keeping his fool head down lately. Not even poking his head into the forum since the 21st.

 

Get his address. Post it on the forum and see if some "good samaritans" would like to "empty his pockets" for you.

Google maps does wonders btw.

Does anyone at least know how old he is? Makes it a bit eaiser to deal with things if I know if he's a minor, etc. That way I would be able to have his parents whip his ***. LOL.

 

damn..i've never even heard of this guy..on top of that i dont even think i've seen him post here. did you notify the mod's? that would be your best bet. i think.
