Damn, I was all fired up to go, got on the freeway...and stopped.

7 may be a little early for me in Santa Cruz. The traffic doesn't even begin to mellow out until about then. I could probably bail now, but I'm afraid I'll get there and you guys'll be gon already.

Maybe 8 o'clock next week? Or even 7:30?

 

Alright, I just got back from the GTG. It was pretty chill. A small crowd, but actually got to know the people that showed up unlike the typical meets.

In attendance were a single turbo FD, ls1 FD, n/a FC, FB, a camaro(friend of single turbo FD) and a convertible FC that just happened to be there. In total, the attendance was 9 people and 5 cars total. Not bad on one night's notice.

We decided to allow more time for people to pass on the word. I was thinking the next gtg can be held in 2 weeks. We'll meet up around 7 - 7:30 ish, chill for a bit and head out for some dinner. We probably were at the Krispy Kreme's until 8:30. We went down a block to some mexican place, which was ok.... we can do better next time.

We should have a meet where liquor is readily available. That would attract more members to go

I'd say it was definitely a respectable turnout based on notice. I'll see if I can get more people to come next time. Personally, I brought my friend with a Z28 and I'll probably bring more people next time, its just like making new friends who like cars, and having a little fun. Sorry, about the restaurant choice, my food was GREAT but I forgot to tell you thats about all they do good, we'll go somewhere else next time. See you guys in two weeks.
