Come out to C2 Motorsports for a get together and BBQ. Steve Coe and Ron Chapman have opened a new racing supply shop in Kearney Mesa. They have invited San Diego RX Club to come over and have a beginning of summer BBQ. They have graciously offered to provide hamburgers, hot dogs and softdrinks. All of us should each bring something to share with 5 others. Don't all of us bring chips and salsa, bring something interesting and fun (just don't bring alcohol-not allowed at this site).

C2 will also let us drive at nearly any race track in the world on C2's Virtual Racing Chair / PlayStation/ 30"screen. If you have a PlayStation that can be networked, bring it so we can have multi driver races.

Please respond to Alan by July 27th so we can know how many will attend. Also include what item you will bring so we can compile a list for posting. Let us
know if you can bring a grill or coolers. We will also make future announcements on other items we might need.

Steve Coe just informed me that C2 will be offering door prizes at
the Saturday BBQ! Help us out by RSVPing ASAP to me so Steve can know
how much food to get. You can bring your own food to grill if you want
something other that hot dogs. Also everyone should try to bring
some other food items to share. Steve also said that it would be helpful
if we could bring a couple of tables and some chairs. Let us know if
you are bringing anything.

Ron and I want to thank all who dropped by today. We had a great time meeting everyone. I hoped you enjoyed the hot dogs and hamburgers as much as we enjoyed the side dishes you brought. Thank you, Greg W. for doing all of the cooking.

Thanks Steve - had a good time. I managed to forget to take my camp chairs and the small cooler which had some extra hamburgers and buns in it. I'll have to swing by again and pick them up next time you're gonna be in the shop.
