I guess I fall under the one that never shows up to any meets. I've been on this forum sense 05' sense I bought my FD, come on a lot, and troll through things I guess. I just recently began actually making posts.

Id really like to go when my FD is done. I goto smog station on Thursday (day off) and get a chance to get my car legal. I think (Hope) I have everything completed.

Anyway, I'm sorry I haven't gone to any meets before, because I'd really love to get involved in the Rotary community. My fire I once had for my FD is slowly leaving me thats why I had a thread not so long ago stating that I would trade it in. Still thinking about it, but not so much anymore. I decided to wait, until my car is running and on the road before I give up on my love for Rotary.

I wish everyone luck they make it, and luck with there cars. Not to be greedy, but I wish myself more luck with the smog devils.

Just found out some info from the guy who built the 13b in my FD. It also is rocking 99' Spec twins and dynoed 328rwhp @ 15psi back in 04'. There's less than 3k miles on the motor before the idiot owner smashed it into a wall on I-8 racing a Honda in the rain in 05'.

Probably will be towing the car to GarageGT next week and Seth from JMC will look it over(he thinks he still has the original tune for the car!). JMC is moving and he doesn't think they'll be doing street cars anymore, so we'll see how this other shop goes(They deal with Toyota Supras mainly I think).

 

328@ the wheel on 99 spec's is very respectable. best of luck and perhaps you should start and project thread. just an idea.

 

Well I didn't build the car, I've only been trying to restore it back to the condition it was in before it's accident. I can't take any credit for the mods, only the restoration aspect.
