REALLY THE ONLY THING YOU CAN Do is obtain a copy of the police report and file smalls claims. Which is a waste of your time in the long run. Sorry to tell you this but damn. This is what happens to good people in life. Best of luck. This ******, loser is out on the lose. This **** is scary. Be safe. also that pieces of **** car is still in the impound i bet you can file a lean or just have the ****** sign the car over to you. after paying the tow fee and what ever is left (value WISE IS YOURS to keep) I know, not much of a solution but, i know this works. wage garnish for get about it not worth the time and i bet the ****** has not paid taxes in years. You'll have better luck reasoning with a loser to have him make payments towards your repair is another option but good luck with types like him. Damn I guess i'm just giving you bad news after another.

That's is why you should not be a cheap *** when getting auto insurance. Only put liability on a car that you do not care if you ever see again. Dumbass.

If you sprung for a few extra bucks a month, you would be getting a new paint job right now.

Then he has no right to bitch after he decided not to have full coverage. And I highly doubt full coverage would up put him in the hole. FC's are worth close to nothing and they are getting close to being 20 years old.
