Would my car will pass smog "Visually"

I just talked to a customer at my job and he also owns a 94 RX7 and he said he failed the visual emission test cause of vacuum hoses. I already passed smog, but before I did all the coolant mods. They told me I dont have to do another emission test until 2011 ( I hope this is correct) but here is a pic of what it looks like now. I still have the precat on, EGR valve, air pump fully functional, etc. I dont have any aftermarket intake, exhanst or anything just blue silicone hoses and aftermarket AST just looking for opinions, thanks

if the tech looks at it and sees no missing emissions equipment. How can he or she fail you? just because the hoses are a different color. and a after market ast ?
just because a engine is all dressed up doesn't mean its not smog legal... I don't recall anyone failing a car just becuase it has different color hoses..

OMG! A stock FD motor. I haven't seen one of these since 1994

What the hell is that metallic contraption underneath your crossover pipe?

And why the hell would you put T-bolt clamps on the intake pipes and not on the other intercooler pipes?

Noobies these days...

just lookin for some feedback. I dont plan on modding the car since its a daily driver, just reliability mods. I was actually gonna put the T bolt clamps on the other intercooler piping, but the clamp are actually too thick for it to work. Reason for the T bolt clamps, is to prevent further damaging the rubber hoses with the convensional style clamp which were already starting to cut into the hoses after time. Anyway I dont care about having everything "looking" perfect its good enough, and its exactly how I wanted it Next fix, broken driver door handle, and badly needed struts!!

If I were you, I'd remove the air pump, get rid of the EGR, CRV, get an efini y-pipe and pick up a smic, then worry about smog later. Also, get rid of the rat's nest and have the turbo rebuilt non-sequential by Gary at Turbo City.

Didn't we discuss the smog issues in the other threads? If you don't know Wacky PM him for hook ups! He's a real nice " Test ONLY" smog technician.
