yep but that will be one more greasy spot on the road when he eats it. never seen bike drifting and it sounds seriously like population control is catching up. ***** of steel or no brain cells left from huffing paint as a kid, i'm just not sure which it is.
bikes have been drifting for a long time but only on the dirt and at much slower speeds, aka flat tracking which i used to love doing on my bikes, asphalt is just too sticky and going that fast head on into a barrier is gonna hurt, LOTS!

All bikes drift at competition level. That's the best part of watching a motogp or superbike race. Soon as they hit the apex they are on the gas hanging the rear wheel out. Ten years ago it used to be far more dramatic but these days with all the traction control the drifts are getting smaller and smaller.
That's Lukes old FD. I have been in that car. Its sounds good still. I have never liked driving stretched bikes on the street, although they are really nice at the track.

it's also easier to control with the rear axle further from the traction wheels. i used to practice in my S10 4X4 longbed long before the term "drifting" was ever even a a term, it was so easy to manage versus the 7, used to slide perfectly across parking lots full length without a worry in the world. ice, snow, rain, dry, it didn't matter.
